They sell high quality products at an excellent price. The guitar was packaged extremely well to prevent damage during transit. The postage was very reasonable (and fast) for the size and weight of this 12 string beauty. I will certainly come back to this seller for my future guitar needs. A+++

For a £9.99 delivery charge, I would of expected a more reliable company like DPD to deliver it. Evri messaged me on the day of delivery to tell me that I had missed the delivery and they wanted more money out of me for a redelivery only for them to turn up an hour later with the delivery. Apart from that, the item was in great condition and as described.
