I bought this item and received it timely but the paint pen that was used was not working properly (skips, dull spots, etc) so the autograph looks terrible. I complained and this offshoot company of fanatics sends me a replacement and guess what this autograph is worst than the first. I messaged the seller about this and they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund to which I said a replacement. The replacement arrived pretty quickly despite it coming over seas. When the replacement arrived, I was extremely happy with it. It was in pristine condition.
