The only problem I had was with the shipping, which is more about USPS than the seller. The seller got my order shipped but USPS didn't register the tracking number when they picked it up. It sat as waiting for pickup till it arrived at my local post office. So if you are having any shipping issues, it could be USPS.

My book was still wrapped in cellophane. So, a new book just as described and as pictured. Plus it was wrapped in foam and shipped in a fresh, clean box the very next day after I purchased it.
