We pack all our items at FEDEX and use their premium packaging service for fragile packing. I have complained to the manager at the FEDEX location. As you saw in the pictures I sent on the message, the subwoofer was in mint condition when we shipped it. It seems the packaging person was incompetent and didnt do enough needed to get it accurately packed. As you saw , I also offered that i send you a replacement Episode 12 inch subwoofer at no cost!
