I’m starting to find that more as the norm. Getting the item packaged and delivered to the post office took a little longer than I would have anticipated. The item was packaged in a padded envelope, which surprised me. We had a glitch with USPS, which was not the seller's fault; but nonetheless the seller exhibited great communication skills and promised that he do what he could to resolve the problem quickly. I give him 2 thumbs up for excellence in customer service! Thank you!
