The seller and I texted a few times before me buying the wheelchair and was easy to get in touch with and answered my questions. This being my first time going to a wheelchair it will all be a learning experience. I highly recommend buying from this dealer and this wheelchair.

I took a short trip car trip. It exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is SUPERB! They asked all the right questions to accomodate my needs. Thank you so much, I couldn't have chosen a better company!

Being disabled I would not have expected that I would have to repair a brand new wheelchair myself. There is a lot of unclear information on the Ebay post regarding warranty , weight limit and the speed of the wheelchair. The seller got back to me within a day with answers to my questions. Shipping was super fast and the wheelchair so far seems heavy duty. Sent pictures of damage never offered replacement parts
