He responded by asking me to send it back. It turns out, that I had a problem with my cartridge on my turntable. The item was well-packed, arrived on time and just as described. USPS destroyed the record with holes punched through the outer box, inner full hard protection penetrated and record arrived with two cracks. It was a 78-rpm record and one I had been looking for, for month, very disappointing BUT not the seller's fault at all!!!!! Everything handled very quickly and professionally. I can recommend seller 100%. THANKS
