I messed up and forgot to change the shipping method to local pickup and yet they remained professional and worked with me. I ultimately met with them at the post office to pick it up. Excellent customer service and communication. Astrotrain is complete and as described! Quite a bit dusty but nothing I can’t clean. And it’s a 2006 figure that costed less than current brand-new releases. Great deal! Thank you so much for your patience!!
