Their customer service was terrible too! Maybe consider who you use as your courier?! I can not fault the product or this company who I have ordered from. The product was well packaged and as described, thank you.

I did chase it up and the customer services team got back to me very quickly and were helpful and polite. The only issue was it wasn’t sent until the day I should have received it. So it came a few days late. But everything else was good.
