    My experience was Exceptional! Unfortunately we had some shipping issues with USPS so seller shipped a second part using UPS free of charge that I received in just 5 business days. I later received (21 days after purchase) the first part and immediately returned it with a shipping label provided by the seller. Outstanding Customer Service and Communication. Seller is Rated at 100% for my experience! Great quality, new condition, outstanding value and appearance. Seller is Highly Recommended!

    The damper was in perfect condition in a sealed factory bag. It arrived in a sturdy box and was received promptly. It was the best price I found for them. I ended up returning it. I thought it might fit my car (no fault of the seller, my car wasn’t listed in the applications) but it was just too big. The return was simple hassle free. I definitely recommend the seller.

    Very professional and attentive staff. Radiator hard to find and fit well. Shipping was very fast, however the box was damaged and the core was bruised, not bad enough to return, just bad enough to be frustrating. Patrick was very understanding and prompt with his communication, so I felt as if my concerns were taken seriously. Had there been the need for return, that would have happened without challenge. Highly recommended vendor.
