As I noted, this XR11 in new condition is a rare find. This one I bought as a backup. I now have 4 of these in use with no issues. The remotes made after this model are really terrible. This remote was built by Comcast’s and not a questionable after market model. This has the Xfinity logo on the bottom as noted in picture 4 in the listing. This is a flawless remote and the best one ever. It’s the real deal. Nuff said.

The remote that Xfinity provides now is terrible so that's why I was looking for an alternative and I'm so happy I found this one. I also purchased one from Amazon thinking it would be like the original, but it turned out to be a cheap imitation and so I returned it for credit. The remote I purchased from this seller is great. I bought 2.

The reason for only 4 stars is because of a shipping issue with the seller. I sent the seller an email about the slow shipping and he responded very quickly (less than 10 minutes). Shipping took 8 days - a long time to wait when your computer is offline because of a failed power supply.
