  When contacted, this seller Claimed they listed this pen & pencil set as it was received from the store ... which was then delivered to me with a broken mechanical pencil insert.... it does not allow the lead to to exit the cartridge! It's the sellers responsibility to make sure that what he/she lists accurately described, In this case this seller fell short and had no reasonable explanation as to why they did not test or verify the ability of these writing instruments from pd to function.
