    Two things impressed me. The package arrived in 2 1/2 days from California to Minnesota. Ordered on a Sunday. Second thing was how well this THIN head gasket was packed to prevent damage. Obviously experienced, responsible shippers. Would use this seller again without hesitation.

    Item was received with missing parts. Seller was extremely fast with communication and assisted in obtaining missing parts while continuing to offer return. The manufacturer (Daystar) was not helpful. Ordered missing parts from another vendor and seller was quick to assist in reimbursing the cost. Seller was quick to do what was right for their customer.
