Shipped in bubble mailer and now crown of hat has creases and will need to be reshaped. Would be willing to pay a bit more to see hats shipped in boxes. (eBay has perfect boxes/supplies for shipping hats - old eBay reseller advice). I use EcoEnclose mailers, which are made in the USA and developed with sustainability in mind. They’re cushioned, waterproof, puncture-resistant, and made from over 50% recycled content (including 10% post-consumer waste). They're also fully recyclable or reusable—part of my commitment to using planet-friendly, regenerative materials that regenerative materials that reduce environmental harm. Looking into ways to improve the customer experience.
