Even allowed me to keep the wrong item to avoid the inconvenience of returning it back, so very happy and appreciating for that, amazing customer support. Great service and definitely will buy again from them in the future.

I'm in a remote area but i am sure they didn't even send it as a next day delivery type of courier option, just standard postage label on it when it arrived about five days later

Ok, it was wrapped in bubble wrap But you could see it was bad, as the sadolin was all over the wrap. I reported it immediately, with photographs. They replied with, could I take a photo with the bubble wrap removed. This was a really messy job, as it was very wet inside the wrap. However I did it and sent the photos. I have sent several requests for a credit. They have just ignored me. Avoid this Really poor seller..
