Ordered a filter and they left one of the seals out of the package. I contacted the seller and they want picture of the original package and the parts that are not in there I guess. These parts are for tractors needed in the field and had to be hastily put back in with an old seal that was deformed. It arrived on time but the box was torn and blades were missing because they slid out through the hole in the box. Messaged seller and with just pictures of what was going on, and a simple explanation, 4 days later I received my blades. Excellent service and very responsive.
