Seller stood on the “very good” condition grading for this disc, even though I sent pictures. Seller offers a return but didn’t offer partial at 1st, I had to ask for partial. Partial was accepted with the understanding that I overpaid by at least $5-$9. Seller partial refund me the lesser amount w/o sending me a message asking if the amount was ok. Declined to return CD for full refund (although Auction clearly stated no returns) reseller purchased CD for 5-9 dollars more than their desired purchase price. So comes back later to feign surprised by the very light scratches (that did not affect playback in any way) to demand a partial refund for the insignificant scratches that do not affect playback at all. Overall reseller still wants to keep the CD because its VG
