        I have been corresponding with the seller since 18/May regarding a wrong-sized item that was delivered. I provided clear photo evidence showing that the item received does not match the product description. Despite 4 weeks of communication and multiple followup, I haven't receive a refund or sulotion. Each response has simply asked me to wait. Additionally the seller attempted to use the refund as leverage to influence my feedback, which is highly unethical and against fair trading standards.
