When they processed the refund it had the reason as “buyer requested refund” which isn’t correct, I just wanted the part I ordered. Had to raise dispute resolution requests with eBay to obtain a return label and get a refund on parts. eBay also was unable to gain communication from the seller, terrible service will never use again.
