Ordered Sat lunchtime and arrived Monday Lunch time. The strimmer attachment was missing so I messaged and Lee replied within a few hours and the missing part was delivered on Wednesday morning. Absolutely outstanding customer service which deserves top praise in this day and age. Well done and Thank you
