The seller repeatedly tried to delay issuing a refund and asked me to wait weeks before involving eBay. Communication was poor, and I had to pay for return shipping myself even though eBay confirmed it should have been covered by the seller. I had to keep following up just to get my money back. The whole process was drawn out and frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller to save yourself the hassle.

Received replacement and it's perfect. Highly recommend for excellent customer service and end result was perfect. I will be ordering more.
