I did not try to wait out 30 day period, another false claim. buyer installed part and happily reported great results, later because of emotions, claimed part not OEM? part is old stock, as was stated in private message, and is brand new with assembly oil from factory. thanks.

My son picked it up because he thought it was one of his train packages but got the product and was in excellent condition and can't wait to put it on my BMW. this seller really communicates with you and with help. I would buy from this seller. (Note that in american BMW, the automatic Transmission comes from GM.) This is for a 2011 BMW 328i. Thank again
