The response I received was swift, positive and included a partial refund to compensate for the damage. I was happy with the way the matter was dealt with, so despite the problem I am happy to recommend the Seller.

The seller realized he had not answered the question and offered to refund me prior to shipping if I wasn't happy. I elected that and he refunded promptly.
