Follow an on-screen fitness coach as she performs each exercise in a variety of locales. End the session with a cool-down phase and keep track of your daily performances with various graphs and charts.

    I wish I could give more that 5 stars! The first item I ordered was damaged in shipping, and the seller responded within minutes offering to send me a new one.     Package came on time and it was just as described. Everything is in the box and the CD is in very good condition. Happy to have a childhood game for a pretty good price. Well package without making me dig through 1000 layers of bubble wrap, which I very much appreciate because when I get these things, I’m excited to open my games.
