Exactly what I wanted so bought two! Black foot control, not white rocker switch. Installation tips: 1: Remove black rings on chrome poles. 2: Remove inner white ring on shade. 3.Turn stand to fit first pole section, not latter!. 4. Hold wire tight when turning each pole section.

I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box.
