The letter S and the letter D. The letter D fit perfect, but the letter S did not fit and looked like a number 5. We genuinely tried our best to serve this customer, but unfortunately, delivery is beyond our control and they often don't have tracking. In past experience, when customers request an estimated delivery date for delayed shipments, they are often dissatisfied with our response due to the lack of tracking information. We issued a refund to offer customers better resolution, as there is still a chance of receiving it. It is really an unfair feedback.

Minttech-uk had one but the listing had displayed an incorrect match. My visual comparison proved otherwise and on delivery proved to be identical to my original and fitted correctly.
