The letter S and the letter D. The letter D fit perfect, but the letter S did not fit and looked like a number 5. In past experience, when customers request an estimated delivery date for delayed shipments, they are often dissatisfied with our response due to the lack of tracking information. We issued a refund to offer customers better resolution, as there is still a chance of receiving it. It is really an unfair feedback.
