Admittedly, shipping was very fast. I don t know if it s a genuine mistake or the seller takes advantage of unsuspecting people. After some argument in the end the seller gave a full refund. Edit: Seller says it was a mistake. That the worker sent wrong item. Asked for a feedback revision. So here it is.

But I received the panel in 3 business days! Incredibly fast shipping and great communication. Screen was bubble packed with cushioning on all sides. Brand new Dell screen is perfect. Took me about 10 mins to replace the cracked screen.
