    I highly recommend this seller and will gladly do business with again. The beautiful appearance in the post sealed the deal. The quality of each item is exactly as described.     Very easy transaction but unfortunately not the same item as described. I am disappointed, but I can easily see how this could have been an oversight as they are both Burt's Bees "ultra conditioning". I specifically wanted the "kokum butter" however, like the picture shows, which is why I bought it online. Instead of returning it though I've opted to keep it. The item is new and was packaged nicely and also came very quickly.
