AT LEAST THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BEFORE THE “DELIVERY DATE”, BUT HOW ODD! THEY CALLED IT A SYSTEM GLITCH LOL THIS WAS A CRAZY EXPERIENCE. IMO SOME KIND OF SCAM GOING ON. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not.
