While relying on the pictures and opportunity to ask the seller questions, the item arrived as described and pictured. Shipping and delivery took eight days to arrive only two states away. I’m starting to find that more as the norm. Getting the item packaged and delivered to the post office took a little longer than I would have anticipated. The item was packaged in a padded envelope, which surprised me. We had a glitch with USPS, which was not the seller's fault; but nonetheless the seller exhibited great communication skills and promised that he do what he could to resolve the problem quickly. I give him 2 thumbs up for excellence in customer service! Thank you!
