    Super fast delivery, arrived in 2 days. The outer package was flattened and soft balls were outside the package and inside the envelope, but I don’t mind because the item arrived in perfect condition and fitted inside my mailbox. Great seller, recommended. The softballs are ideal to keep limescale away from the deposit of DeLonghi coffee machine. I am using softballs all the time and replace it every 3 months. Effective, although a bit pricey and a bit of limescale still builds up in deposit.

    These can save using a filter in your delongi coffee machine, they last 3 months and help soften the water and remove the limescale, I actually use these and a filter but first few months didn’t use a filter, but as I had a stock of filter which where the same from an earlier filter machine I am using both but it’s not nessesary really, so I can recomend these balls, also means you have more water for coffee too as no filter means more space for the water, I can recommend this seller too?

    As described. This is supposed to reduce the amount of water limescale/water hardness. Is not easy to know if or how this product works. The coffee machine is doing its decaling program as it should. Is a new machine, so i think, just in a few years will be possible to understand if has protected the machine as it should. For coffee taste, as is a new machine, from grounded to beans, i have no way to know if improve the coffee taste. I will used it, as water in my area is hard water.
