I wouldn't describe it as like new due to some minor wear on the slip cover, but it was represented perfectly in the pictures and the disc looks brand new and unused. Card was taped to a thin piece of cardboard with the same thickness as the card. Card came in mail badly bent and warped. I was able to straiten it back out for the most part and sleeve it for a commander deck. Couldn't be used in tournament though. I reached out to seller and I was given a "sorry about that, we'll try to do better next time".
