The jeans ended up being irregulars. Toosmall. They were 2" difference in the seam on back from top to crotch. I contacted them and ask for a refund. They offered me $10. I told them I would pay the return postage. No deal. THIS IS THE WORST SELLER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Told them I would not settle for $10 so they closed the return.

She immediately offered to replace the item and packaged the item more securely for shipment. This was not the first time USPS has damaged one of my purchases.
