Also the number of different types of keycaps means I'd have hundreds of different instructions sets, which I'm not shy about the work, but I need to think through the best way to present such a thing to my customers. I responded and he checked to see if he had it. He didn't but he got someone he knew had it to ship the right one to me. He checked before he he sent it to confirm, let me know when it shipped. The right key and the attachments needed for the keyboard arrived well packed and in a timely manner. BEST customer service EVER!
