I would like to add that Garland helped with a small technical issue I missed, no one's fault I will add as things get bumped around a bit during shipping. The RAID card had come loose and I somehow missed it. I sent a quick message and received a quick response with the answer I needed! This is my 3rd server(I believe) from Garland and will continue to use them.

The communication was excellent (messaged on a holiday and got a timely response). I bought an off-lease Dell rackmount server as a starting point for a DIY home NAS, and it was cleaned and pretty, with only minor scratches (exactly as described). I'll definitely buy from them again!
