    The Western Digital HDD arrived well-packaged and in original protective sleeve. The drive was dated May 2012, but that's expected for the WD2003FYYS era model. The real test was to ensure it was a zero hour (unused) drive. CrystalDiskInfo verified 17,475 hours on my old (bad) drive and 0 hours on the new (good) drive. See image results. I am very happy the seller did indeed ship an unused drive with zero hours. Excellent quality item. Great value. Thank you!
