This is rx strength with unbent, manufacturer sealed box, and a manufacturer seal under the cap. Expiry date was +2 years, brand new! I waited a day or 2 for delivery. Looks and smells correct. Good deal, about what you'd pay at dental office but many dds won't keep in stock as they'd have to buy in bulk and it's a better profit for them to sell topical fluoride varnish, but I've seen much better results w this if used consistently.
