I reached out to the seller and they rectified the situation immediately and sent another package. The second package arrived as scheduled and is exactly as expected.

Seems there was some Snafu with shipping as I was charged postage due on the item. I contacted the seller and they did get back to me right away. They also sent me a new part no questions asked so the only thing I lost was time.
