The second shipment came with the packaging ripped and repacked by the shipping service, but the gears were in good condition. I really this vendor as the quality of the parts is great and they look and work very well, which is a good value. They were shipped embedded in a piece of cardboard in a plain envelope. The envelope I received was completely shredded and inside a USPS plastic bag with a note that it got caught in the sorting machinery. They are charging enough for these that they could definitely afford to ship them in a small, padded mailer. They do work great if you get them.
