Some sellers do not inspect their merchandise very well or don't know the products they are selling very well or both. I will not buy from this seller again.

The exterior packaging may be slightly scuffed or damaged but the device is absolutely pristine. Arrived lightning fast! Well packaged, extremely great price! This seller is fantastic, I would shop here again because I already have. I bought two of them, and the seller was kind enough to send them in different shipments at different times because that's what I needed. If I needed them bundled I would've bought it that way. A+
