After contacting me due to my feedback being neutral and apologising that the item was defective (the rock wool usually exceeds the depth of the frame) they agreed to send out a new panel. It’s been almost 3 months since I ordered the original item, no panel received, seller ghosted me. I now think the seller had no intention of sending a replacement and has deliberately pushed me beyond the eBay money back guarantee. Worst experience I’ve had on eBay.
