    Good communication. Fair postage, one of the flexible side panels were glued together. They came up tighter than the original boots, but the fact I could get these at all I am completely thrilled with. Very impressed with the pricing and packaging.

    I have never received an item so poorly packed before. It was screwed up into a ball and the package I received resembled a giant egg. The packaging was torn and the coat was hanging out. Luckily there does not appear to be any visable damage. But if I find any, the coat will be returned. The seller charged £8 for postage when the actual cost was £4.19. That’s probably why they screwed it up. Oh I just saw a label for £1.20 too. So maybe they paid £5.20. My pet hate is people overcharging postag

    The item was delivered because the seller was burgled and my item was stolen.. The seller was very good at keeping me informed of what was happening and arranged a refund for me very promptly.. I was very pleased with the service received from the seller, and would definitely use this seller again..

    Ebay the client did not give us a negative ,this is really unfair and unreasonable. I do not think this feed back deserve a negative because her money was refunded immediately i realized the product was stolen which was not a fault of anyone.This feedback is definitely unfair from Ebay not the buyer.
