This is how I did it 35 years ago but went to a needle and sprayer type that I used for 30 years. It finally died and the new one sold by Golfworks is absolute junk. So I reverted back to old school technology that works.

As you can see from the pictures, the grips arrived very badly damaged. I contacted the seller and they immediately agreed to ship replacement.
