I messaged the seller privately asking for a specific topper for a cake and sent pictures of what I wanted. After a back and forth conversation I placed an order and left a note to seller with birthday girls details, only to recieve something completely different and be told I didn't specify in the note to seller even tho we had a conversation and he even used one of the pictures I sent. Rudely get told I'm not having this debate that's final

I wasn’t sure whether to order rice paper or icing and phoned the seller to ask. He was extremely helpful, helped me with my order and also sent my order out straightaway as I needed it urgently.
