The only problem I had was the laser did not power on when I first installed it and I later found out that it was the power cable wiring harness was wired incorrectly. I had to reconfigure the wiring connector going to the GRBL Controller Board and everything was working fine. QC need to be more vigilant and verify that the cable harness is wired correctly.
