    What an incredible bunch to work with. I needed a replacement valve kids the next day (Im up in the Scottish Borders), ordered them in the morning, fired some questions at Barry and after responding within minutes, the valves were sent and arrived promptly the next day, well in time for a booked recording session. Couldn’t be happier. I hope I spelled Barry correctly 🤭

    Well packaged and does the job. Delivery was several days late but that'll be the Royal Mail, who should reimburse or refund customers who don't receive the service they've paid extra money for. Recommended and would order again if they use a different delivery service.

    I read the description about how amazing these would make my amp sound and they even said the same in a private message but to be honest I thought it was marketing speel but God I was wrong these are exceptional valves absolutely fantastic they are a fantastic company to deal with and the quality of these valves has blown me away brilliant seller brilliant product these valves do everything that they say from a converted sceptic
