He initially admitted that he shorted me the coin by offering a full unconditional refund but then retracted and of course accused me of losing it. He totally disregarded anything I said or proposed and persisted in making the resolution difficult for me. This issue was never made right!116 1964d in very fine condition, 90 % silver quarters.
