Followed the instructions, also cant mess it up since the bolt holes on the front and back of the side rails are spaced differently. There is only one way to put them on. Well there is about a 1 inch gap between the front crossbar and the factory installed side rail. Don't buy cheap Chinese junk through ebay, even if ebay motors says it fits.
