By the time I contacted the seller the item was already shipped. Once I was able to contact the seller they were very understanding and accepted the return and even paid return shipping so I would like to thank the seller for remedying the situation. That being said I shipped the item back immediately and never opened it so I cannot comment on the actual item.

I believe they drop ship, and the factory took a while to send off the product. I reached out after 3 days and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The condition was excellent! Compared to other cases that extend into the $200-$500 this is an excellent value. It is a little bulky, but the wheels are a nice touch.
