It had obviously happened in delivery . So absolutely no fault of the seller as it was packed really well. So, as I wanted to keep the statue, the seller gave me a 50% refund and I got to keep both damaged statues, which I was very happy with. The statues are beautiful and I would happily recommend this seller and buy from them again.
